This is false. There are a wide variety of naturally-occurring intersex conditions that cannot be classified as either female (XX) or male (XY). Some intersex people are born with XO, XXY, XYY, and other chromosomal configurations that differ from the (XX = female) and (XY = male) binary that is imposed to regulate social interactions. Also, being male is not the same as being a man, and being female is not the same as being a woman. If these were the same, then we would hear commands like "Male up!" and "Be female!" instead of "Man up!" and "Be ladylike!"
