I was interested the first time but am no longer because your pattern of behavior shows me you are more interested in projecting your position to undermine mine. This is different than engaging with the rhetorical content of my writing, and to be honest I don’t think you understand what this content is because you’re not listening. You missed the point last time, you’ve missed it again this time, and in doing so are performing the very behaviors I criticize. If this were a critical reading and writing class and you were one of my students I would give you a C out of pity because I know you’re at least trying.
